You can customize your site’s footer widget are and copyright section from
Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize > Footer
Scroll down below other options and you will find section to change the color of your site footer
Color Settings – Footer Widget
This settings lets you change the color of your footer widget area:
- Background Color: Changes the background color of the entire footer sidebar bar.
- Widget Title Color: Changes the color of the footer widget title or heading.
- Text Color: Changes the text color of all the content inside a footer widget.
- Link Color: Changes the color of all the hyperlinks present inside a footer widget.
- Hover Color: Changes the hover color of all the hyperlinks present inside a footer widget.

This option lets you customize the color of footer copyright section
- Background Color: Changes the background color of the entire footer copyright area.
- Text Color: Changes the text color of all the content inside the footer copyright area:
